What is set, and what for

One cookie holds your sign-in token. It is what keeps you logged in as you move between pages; without it every click would ask for your password again. The authentication provider sets it when you log in.

During a Google sign-in a second, temporary cookie carries the value proving that the login coming back from Google belongs to the browser that started it. It is gone as soon as the sign-in finishes.

What is not set

No advertising cookies, no analytics, no third-party cookies, no tracking pixels. Nothing here follows you to another site, and nothing here is used to build a profile of you.

How long they last

Signing out deletes local session data at once. The Google sign-in state is temporary and disappears when the sign-in finishes. On the live site, cookies are sent only over HTTPS and only to this site.

Why there is no cookie banner

A banner asks permission for cookies that are optional. These are technically necessary to provide the sign-in session you request, so no consent banner is used for them. If analytics, advertising or other non-essential storage is ever added, it will remain off until a separate, freely given consent is collected.

Refusing or removing them

This page and every other page linked at the foot of it open with cookies blocked. Signing in will not work without them. To clear them, sign out or clear cookies for this site in your browser. The next visit simply asks you to sign in again.
